The Love Vigil was a band Johanna McKenzie (now Johanna McKenzie Miller) and Jonn Beames formed at the California State Summer School of the Arts in 1990. The band was filled out by several other players during the nineties, with Joshua Jones holding the role of drummer from 93 on.
